Problems I'm hired to fix

Hover or tap a card to see how I fix it. Most projects start with one of these.

01

People can't find the one number that matters

Every widget shouts at the same volume, so the decision gets buried.

What I doA clear list of what slows people down, ranked by impact, with redesigned key screens.
02

Roles see things they shouldn't, or miss what they need

Permissions were bolted on late, so screens feel either empty or risky.

What I doJourneys for every role, so structure is agreed before pixels.
03

Every new feature makes the product heavier

No shared patterns, so each screen solves the same problem a different way.

What I doDesktop, tablet and mobile screens with tables, filters, charts and empty states.
Try it

Same dashboard, three roles

Switch the role. A good multi-role product shows each person exactly what they can act on, and hides the rest without leaving gaps.

Questions

What clients ask

How long does a SaaS dashboard redesign take?

A focused redesign of core screens usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. A full multi-role platform runs in phases over a few months. You get a clear plan and timeline after the first call.

Can you work with my existing developers?

Yes. I hand off in Figma with specs, states and reusable components, and stay available during the build to answer questions and review what ships.

Do you also build the product?

Yes. Through my studio I work with front-end and back-end developers, so you can get design and build from one team if that suits you better.

Let's make it
clear.

Tell me what you're building. I reply within one working day with first thoughts and next steps.
