Problems I'm hired to fix

Hover or tap a card to see how I fix it. Most projects start with one of these.

01

People drop off at KYC and sign-up

Long forms and unclear document steps make new customers give up before they start.

What I doGuided sign-up and document steps that cut drop-off.
02

Fees and terms show up too late

Surprises at the confirm screen kill trust and conversions.

What I doBill pay, transfers and installment plans with fees shown up front.
03

Security steps feel random

OTP, 3DS and approvals interrupt instead of reassuring.

What I doOTP, 3DS and approval patterns that feel safe, not slow.
Try it

Make a big payment feel small

The kind of installment flow I designed for the AmEx app: pick an amount and a plan, and every cost is visible before you commit.

Questions

What clients ask

Have you designed for regulated financial companies?

Yes. I worked embedded with American Express on their B2B corporate card platform and their mobile app in Saudi Arabia, under strict brand, security and compliance review.

Can you design for Arabic and right-to-left markets?

Yes. The American Express @Work platform and its design system support English and Arabic, with layouts mirrored properly for right-to-left reading.

Do you work with early-stage FinTech startups?

Yes. For startups I usually start with the core flows that prove value, such as onboarding, the first transaction and the main dashboard, then grow the design system as the product grows.
